Alvaro Antonio Novoa

– Director

– Álvaro Novoa is originally from the city of Rivas, has a degree in social work and development management, and has worked at Fundación A. Jean Brugger for thirteen years. He began in 2010 as coordinator of the scholarship program, later became director of social and administrative programs and is currently Director. Before coming to Fundación A. Jean Brugger he had 10 years of experience working in two different nationally- recognized, Nicaraguan civil society organizations, holding positions in one as coordinator of social projects and in another as departmental director. Alvaro has accumulated extensive experience with NGOs in the development of organizational, participatory and community self-management processes, research, formulation, execution, administration and evaluation of social projects, as well as experience in other social aspects in which he has promoted research, and the promotion and protection of human rights and advocacy. He has developed other skills related to the profession and positions that he has been holding during 24 years of work experiences in the social field.

Ana Isabel Rodriguez

–Administrator

–Isabel Rodríguez is originally from the municipality of San Juan del Sur, Rivas. She began her relationship with Fundación A. Jean Brugger in 2014 as the beneficiary of an FAJB university scholarship. Isabel obtained the professional title of public accountant at the National Polytechnic University of Nicaragua in the city of Rivas. She began working for the Fundación in 2016 as an administrative assistant and has currently been promoted to administrator. Ana Isabel has developed many skills and experience in her professional field during these 8 years with Fundación A. Jean Brugger.

Ingrid Fabiola Obando Collado

– Operational Coordinator of the PSSC community social service program

–Ingrid Obando is originally from Ostional, San Juan del Sur, Rivas. She began her relationship with Fundación A. Jean Brugger as the beneficiary of a university scholarship in 2016 to study Social Work and Development Management at the Universidad Centroamérica UCA in the city of Managua. She earned a bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2021. In this same year she was given the opportunity to work for 3 months with Fundación A. Jean Brugger as a field technician in the project "Rehabilitation and socio-family reintegration in adolescents and young people at risk". In 2022 Ingrid was hired as operational coordinator of the community social service program. Ingrid is a young woman with high competence and capacity in the performance of her professional functions.
